Artcures Inc. is an Aurora based organization that believes in the power of art to generate self expression, esteem and respect. Our goal is to make creativity more accessible to all kids.
Last summer we organized 160 free workshops at the Aurora Cultural Centre. Through an endowment fund from the Town of Richmond Hill, we are organizing an event at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts.
Many of our ideas for next year will need to be discussed by the board, but one thought I have is to offer a free pottery workshop. I don't know how this will look like, but the first step would be to see if you are interested in this discussion.
